 Inman Park Station

 Image - Kevin Hamilton

 Kevin Hamilton
 'Untitled'
Media: airbrush and enamel paint on masonite
  Year: 1987
Conservation Status: Restoration and Maintenance Needed
Notes: The artist's team goal was to connect the 45-foot sculpture on the ground with the soaring architecture of King Memorial Station, to avoid the sense of it feeling like "a box on stilts" to someone at ground level. The Cor-Ten material is a special type of metal finish that is meant to oxidize to a deep, warm brown. The artists applied a hose to the forms many times before being satisfied with the current rich color.
