Mobility On-Time Performance

Definition: Measures the percentage of Mobility customer pickups within 30 minutes from scheduled pickup time.

Performance (March 2013 and Fiscal year-to-date):

In March, did not meet the Target, the actual being 83.34%. Service was severely impacted by a host of failures that included several vehicle breakdowns, scheduling software failures and network outages. Operator availability, inclement weather and accidents contributed to poor performance. 

Actions:

  1. Increase driver fill rates
  2. Mitigate the spike in the number of in-service delays caused by accidents and vehicle breakdowns
