Mobility On-Time Performance

Definition: Measures the percentage of Mobility customer pickups within 30 minutes from scheduled pickup time.

Performance (January 2014 and Fiscal year-to-date):

In January, did not meet the Target, the actual being 86.75%. Service delivery was mostly affected by increased demand during peak hours and operator availability.

Actions: 

  1. Improve operator availability
  2. Continue to replace aging vehicles
  3. Improve safe driving training
