Mobility On-Time Performance

Definition: Measures the percentage of Mobility customer pickups within 30 minutes from scheduled pickup time.

Performance (February 2015 and Fiscal year-to-date):

In February, did not meet the Target; the actual being 77.42% - mostly due to operator availability issues.

Actions:

  1. Monitor and enforce Operator Attendance Policy
  2. Promote qualified part-time operators to full time status
  3. Hire more operators
