Definition: Measures the percentage of Mobility customer pickups within 30 minutes from scheduled pickup time.

Performance (September 2015 and Fiscal year-to-date):

In September, did not meet the Target; the actual being 80.27%. Operator availability and technology issues contributed the most to underperforming.


  1. Monitor and enforce Operator Attendance Policy
  2. Fill in operator vacancies
  3. Update scheduling software
