Performance (March 2013 and Fiscal year-to-date):
In March, did not meet the Target, the actual being 83.34%. Service was severely impacted by a host of failures that included several vehicle breakdowns, scheduling software failures and network outages. Operator availability, inclement weather and accidents contributed to poor performance.
Actions:
- Increase driver fill rates
- Mitigate the spike in the number of in-service delays caused by accidents and vehicle breakdowns
