Definition: Measures the percentage of Mobility customer pickups within 30 minutes from scheduled pickup time.

Performance (September 2016 and Fiscal year-to-date):

In September, did not meet the Target; the actual being 86.79% - an improvement of 4.69% compared to that in September 2015.
