Program
MARTA's Board of Directors strongly supports the participation
of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. Our program is based
on 49CFR26. The Department of Diversity and Equal Opportunity
is responsible for assuring that all vendors are treated in
accordance with Federal laws and regulations governing the
participation Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. In addition
we assist Disadvantaged Businesses (small, minority and women
owned companies) in obtaining opportunities with MARTA's procurement
of goods and services.
