Mobility Missed Trip Rate
Definition: A missed trip is defined as a trip in which a vehicle arrives outside the 30 minute on-time window (early or late) and the passenger does not ride.
Performance (December 2023):
The mobility missed trip rate in December 2023 was 1.33%, which did not meet the target of 0.50% or less.
