Definition: Measures the percentage of Mobility customer pickups within 30 minutes from scheduled pickup time.

Performance (September 2017):

In September, did not meet the Target; the actual being 87.87% - an increase of 0.85% over that in the previous month, and an increase of 1.12% over that in September 2016.​
