Definition: Measures the number of Part 1 Crimes, including four violent crimes (Homicide, Forcible Rape, Aggravated Assault, and Robbery) and four property crimes (Larceny/Theft, Motor Vehicle Theft, Burglary, and Arson) per one million unlinked passenger boardings.

Performance (November 2017):

In November, met the Target; the actual being 3.43 - mostly due to the decrease in robbery, larceny and motor vehicle related crimes. The overall number of Part I Crime fell by 22% from 45 in October to 35 in November.
