  • You will receive an email notification within 24 hours (or on the next business day) confirming that your 'Lost Item Inquiry' has been received
  • Note that IF your lost item has been found and turned into a MARTA employee, it may take up to 3 - 5 business days for the item to reach MARTA's Lost and Found office.
  • You will be notified (via your preferred method indicated below) IF and WHEN your lost item has been located.
  • All found items that are not claimed by their owner within 30 calendar days, will be properly disposed
