Thank you for your interest in learning more about MARTA’s hiring process! You are able to view our current vacancies but will have to create an online profile to apply. This one-time process will ask that you upload a resume, your contact information, educational background, work experience and employment history.
Once you’ve found a position that you are interested in applying for, simply click on APPLY to submit an electronic application that will post to your account confirming your submission. You will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of your application.
AFTER YOU APPLY
Your resume is reviewed by a Human Resources representative to determine your qualifications for the position. Please continue to check the status of your application by reviewing the “View Details” tab through your online profile.
If you are selected to be interviewed for a position, you may meet with the Recruiting Officer, a Hiring Manager and or other team members in person or by video conference. The Recruiting Officer will contact you with information regarding the time, date and location of your interview.
Once the interview process is concluded and a selection has been made, the recommended candidates/s will have to complete a satisfactory pre-employment background investigation which may include a drug and alcohol screening and a pre-employment physical.
Upon satisfactory results, we will contact you directly to inform you of the next steps in the hiring process. Candidates who were interviewed and not selected will be notified through their online profile once a decision has been made.
