Course Title Anger Management
Course Goal
  • Learn to recognize how anger affects your body, your mind and your behavior
  • Learn to control your own emotions when faced with other peoples anger
  • Identify ways to safely manage repressed or expressed anger
  • Learn to use the five-step method to break old patterns and replace them with a model for assertive anger
Course Description

This course will help students learn to identify the different sources of anger. Participants will also be given tools and methods to help determine the emotional roots of their possible anger and recognize how it manifests in life. This course will help identify anger-provoking situations, and develop techniques that help manage emotions in the workplace
