Course Goal	This program is specifically designed for enhancing the skill set of all employees throughout the Authority.
Course Description	This course will give you an overview of the entire creative problem solving rocess, as well as problem solving tools that can be used everyday. Skills such as brainstorming, information gathering, analyzing data, and identifying resources will be covered throughout this course.
