Course Goal The goal of this highly interactive three hour course is to assist employees in dealing more confidently and proficiently with the day-to-day conflicts in the workplace. It will also provide tools and approaches to identify and deal with difficult behaviors and people interactions that affect productivity, performance and ultimately morale.
