Route 51 runs east-west between H.E. Holmes and Inman Park/Reynoldstown Stations. Buses travel along H.E. Holmes Drive, Joseph E. Boone Boulevard, Ralph McGill Boulevard, Freedom Parkway and Moreland Avenue, serving Frederick Douglass High School, City of Refuge, Rodney Cook Senior Park, the Georgia Aquarium, Historic Fourth Ward Park, The Carter Center, Freedom Park and Little Five Points.
