MARTA PARTNERS WITH CVS, URBAN LEAGUE TO HOST COVID-19 VACCINATION POP-UP CLINICS AT FIVE POINTS AND WEST END RAIL STATIONS
Clinics Also Held for MARTA Operators, Staff to Ensure Workforce is Vaccinated

ATLANTA – The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is partnering with CVS and the Urban League of Greater Atlanta to host COVID-19 vaccination pop-up clinics at Five Points Station on Monday, June 28 and Tuesday, June 29, and at West End Station on Wednesday, June 30, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.  

WHAT:          COVID-19 Vaccination Pop-Up Clinics
                      No appointment or registration needed         

 WHEN:         Monday, June 28 and Tuesday, June 29

                      4 p.m. – 7 p.m.

WHERE:         Five Points Station soccer pitch                  

WHEN:          Wednesday, June 30

                      4 p.m. – 7 p.m.

WHERE:         West End Station parking lot     

CVS clinicians will administer single dose Johnson & Johnson and first dose Pfizer vaccines onsite and provide an opportunity to schedule the second Pfizer dose at a convenient CVS location. No appointment or registration is necessary.

Similar pop-up vaccination clinics are being provided to MARTA employees over a three-day period at the headquarters building and Laredo Bus Facility to ensure operators and staff have convenient access to the vaccine.
