MARTA TO HOST DRIVE-THRU HOLIDAY GIFT GIVEAWAY
ATLANTA - The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid
Transit Authority (MARTA) Employees Charity Club will host a holiday gift
giveaway on Saturday, Dec. 18 at 9 a.m., at MARTA headquarters. Similar to last
year’s event, families of children age two to ten years old who have
pre-registered, will use a drive-thru service to receive gift cards.
Through its Charity Club, MARTA employees
and ATU Local 732 will provide gift cards to hundreds of families. This annual
tradition has provided holiday assistance to families in need for over 30
years.
MARTA General Manager and CEO Jeffery
Parker and members of his executive leadership team will join Charity Club
volunteers to greet families and wish everyone a happy holiday.

Signs will direct you to the drive-thru,
which is located in the employee parking lot behind headquarters. Masks are
required to be worn while on MARTA property. Members of the media who wish to
attend should RSVP.
