Understanding FMLA for Supervisors

A key function of your role as a people manager is to understand HR policies. In this course, you will gain a basic understanding of the Family Medical Leave Act.


Performance Management

Managing employee performance is essential for people managers.  In this course, your will receive important information and strategies related to MARTA’s performance management process.  You will learn more about effective performance management strategies for represented employees as well as how to use Halogen for managing non-represented employees.


Employee Relations for Supervisors

As a people manager, it is important to understand the various aspects of employee relations. In this course, you will gain a better understanding of the function of employee relations at MARTA.

Course Prerequisites Employees currently holding a supervisory/management positions.
