Course Title Onboaring for Liaisons
Course Goal This program is specifically designed for enhancing the skill set of employees who desire to be onboarding liaisons. 
Course Description The Office of Learning and Development is excited to launch our Onboarding program. In this course you will learn about the 5 Phases of onboarding, creating a welcoming environment, and your role in supporting new hires.  You will be provided with resources and a framework to be used to successfully support newly hired employees.
Course Prerequisites Open to employees who are interested in becoming liaisons for the Authority.
