This station is scheduled for parking lot repaving in February of 2024. During Phase I, the central section of the north lot will be closed. Please use Kensington Road or Mountain Drive for parking. Bus service will not be affected. For further details and scheduling, click here.
Kensington is on the Blue
Line. There is a large surface lot with free daily parking on the north side of
the station, accessible from Mountain Drive during Phase I of parking lot repaving. The
bus loop is also on the south side side with additional parking accessible from Kensington Road and serves a large number of bus routes,
some going as far as Stone Mountain.
