MARTA operates several express shuttles during the summer months. This service makes it convenient to reach events and attractions without the frustrations of traffic jams and scarce parking spaces.
Summer is the time for roller coasters and thrills, and that's where MARTA's Six Flags Over Georgia Shuttle comes into play. This express shuttle, Bus Route 201, departs from the Hamilton E. Holmes Station and drops off across the street from the park entrance (intersection of Six Flags Parkway and South Service Road) - it’s only a 12-minute ride. The service operates only on the days the park is open from approximately one hour before the park opens until approximately one hour after closing. The route runs every 40 minutes throughout the days it is operating. The shuttle is free when you transfer from any MARTA Bus or rail station.
MARTA fare is $2.00 one way. Please load fare on a BreezeCard/Ticket. Remember to keep your Breeze Card/Ticket because transfers are automatically loaded onto your Breeze Card/Ticket when you tap to exit the train station or tap to enter a bus.

During the concert season, MARTA operates shuttle buses to the Lakewood Amphitheatre for your convenience. The shuttle leaves from the Lakewood/Ft. McPherson Station 90 minutes before show time and, after the event, until the last music fan leaves.
The shuttle is free when you transfer from any MARTA Bus or rail station with a valid Breeze Card/Ticket. Bus transfers are free. There is no charge for children 46” and under. Shuttle riders not utilizing the rail system must pay $2.00 each way.
Going to cheer the Braves onto victory? Let MARTA's Stadium Shuttle take you to Turner Field quickly and without the hassle of downtown traffic jams. The shuttle leaves from Underground/World of Coca-Cola Plaza 90 minutes before the game and continues every 15 minutes until 1 hour after the last out. The shuttle is free when you transfer from any MARTA Bus or rail station with a valid Breeze Card/Ticket.
- The Braves Shuttle will depart from the Underground Atlanta/Steve Polk Plaza beginning 90 minutes before each game and will run every 15 minutes throughout the game until one hour after the final out. The shuttle will return to the Underground Atlanta/Steve Polk Plaza up to the seventh inning. After the seventh inning, the shuttle will return riders to the Forsyth St. entrance of the Five Points MARTA Station. The shuttle is free when you transfer from any MARTA Bus or rail station with a valid Breeze Card/Ticket.
Please remember to:
- Buy a round trip fare ($4.50, which includes the 50 cents cost of a Breeze ticket)at a Breeze Vending machine at any MARTA Rail Station or at the Underground
- Buy each person their own Breeze Card/Ticket
- Tap the Breeze “target” when exiting the train station (this will also put a transfer on your card)
