Senior Director, External Affairs
Rhonda Briggins-Ridley brings over 10 years of professional experience in federal, state and local government to the Authority. Currently, Mrs. Briggins-Ridley is the Senior Director of External Affairs for the Office of External Affairs that includes Government Affairs and Constituent Relations and Community Relations. External Affairs is primarily responsible for developing public policy recommendations and community outreach strategies for MARTA. External Affairs also provides the strategic direction of the authority at the federal, state and local level. Mrs. Briggins-Ridley has successfully worked on the passage of critical legislation amounting in millions of dollars for the Authority, and earned a Juris Doctorate from Jones School of Law in 2003.
