Definition: Measures customer concerns about bus service (e.g. on-time; courtesy; etc.) per 100,000 bus passenger boardings.

Performance (September 2016 and Fiscal year-to-date):

In September, did not meet the Target; the actual being 8.05 - mostly due to the increase in the number of complaints related to buses being late.
