Bus Complaints per 100K Boardings

Definition: Measures customer concerns about bus service (e.g. on-time; courtesy; etc.) per 100,000 bus passenger boardings

Performance (May 2016 and Fiscal year-to-date):

In May, did not meet the Target; the actual being 9.02. The overall number of complaints has been decreasing - particularly, those related to pass-ups, buses being late, and discourteous operators.  

Action:

Improve operator training.
