Rail On-Time Performance

Definition: Measures how closely the service ran to schedule (delays no longer than 5 minutes), as experienced by the customer. Many factors affect on-time performance. Regardless of the cause, MARTA strives to work around problems, minimize delay, and maximize on-time performance.
