Performance (March 2026):

The Cost per Bus Passenger Trip of $10.59 in March was higher than the forecast by $3.31. This unfavorable variance was due to operating expenses coming in over budget and bus ridership falling short of the forecast by 519,714 unlinked passenger trips.
