Overview of MARTA KPIs
The MARTA Board of Directors worked with staff to update the Authority’s Strategic Plan (Vision and Organizational Goals), including the formal establishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) intended to help better assess MARTA’s operational and financial performance. The KPI program has been designed to enhance transparency, accountability, and overall agency performance.
The Report Card below tracks our monthly successes and also shows where improvement is needed.
